Can't make it next week, doing a tour of the areas with a few others weather permitting. But would be glad to meet up again and maybe do a ride to some other areas too at another time.
viv – if it keeps happening then something is tight and physio or sports massage seems a good call. Also do those stretches, a tight IT band could well be the cause – so stretch the IT band and stretchthe muscle that cramps -the abductors (think that's how it's spelt)
