Superstar Tactic TLR wheels – what do they need?

I’ve ordered a set of SS Tactic TLR wheels. Do they come with tape/ rims trips? If not, what do I need?

If they don’t come with anything then 25mm Gorilla tape has worked perfectly on my SS Sentinel rims. So tape+sealant.
