OK I pretty much know how this is gonna go on here 😛 but I’m all out of ideas so here goes.

The youth team I work with wants to have a training tee made up for wearing before races / at the gym / etc etc. They want a ‘motivational’ slogan printed on the back in English (they’re Basque kids) so thay’ve asked me. I hate doing stuff like this… no imagination. I suggested, predictably, Shut Up Legs but it was pooh poohed.

Any ideas? ANyone done something similar?

I’m rubbish at that stuff too, but here’s a stab.

You got the standards like –

    No Pain No Gain

    Go Hard or Go Home

    Or how about –

    Train Hard Race Harder

Sorry, I know they are shite, but I did try 🙂

If it’s raining, we’re still training

Pain is just weakness leaving the body

    Pedal dammit!

It doesn’t get easier, you just get faster

Don’t buy upgrades, ride up grades

Training is a lot like fighting with a gorilla. You don’t stop when you are tired, you stop when the gorilla is tired. (Probably a bit long, good quote though!)

You could just print the PP logo + seagull and set them off, then they’ll really have to run 🙂

The Rules are good for this sort of thing

    Rule#5 // Harden the f*ck up
Rule#6 // Free your mind and your legs will follow
Rule #72 // Legs speak louder than words.
