It's getting to 'that' time of year again, I've just got my Zwift set up going, with a few tweaks needed, so... show us yours!!
Here's mine.

Zwift on a 55" OLED, Giant Defy 2014 era, and a Elite Direto X OTS. Running on PC currently but will be on an Apple TV 4k this week once it's delivered.
Got a top cap mount for my phone for the companion app but this puts it directly below my head. From which I sweat from. A lot. And phones don't like sweat dropping on them, random button presses and the screen going crazy, so a better mount for the handlebar has been ordered.
Also need to find a decent cheap high level table for water/towel/remotes etc.
I always struggle to keep my fitness levels up over winter so hoping 2/3 sessions a week on this will do the job, need to do a proper FTP test once I have everything set up right.
nothing as pretty as that. Mine is on a piece of MDF held by the workbench vice. The bike is a Raleigh Cadent which is because i don't want drops. I use my laptop.
It's all a bit basic... but works ok.
Inside with a diddy fan? No wonder you have sweat dripping on your phone
I don't have a photo but mine's in the garage with a whopper of a fan and up on a rocker plate to alleviate the numb bum feel of a rigid trainer.
This is a timely thread as I spent a bit of time on Sat adding a socket in the garage & moving things around so I can get a 'proper' Zwift set-up rather than constantly dragging the trainer & bike into place.
I currently just use a tablet or laptop, but would ideally get a dedicated Zwift PC and a half decent sized TV monitor for better graphics.
Fan cable is a bit short now so I need to sort that out.
I bought the Planet X trainer table last week. It's reduced to £60 at the mo (with £7 postage I think) and is decent quality for the price. It's very sturdy.
Ideally I wanna get the garage walls painted (I did one of them years ago, but it now needs a lot of moving things about) and also the floor....it'll happen one day!!

EDIT - I should probably add I have a small fan at desktop height which basically just fires at my face and a large pedestal fan for the rest of me. It's still not enough, apart from the depths of winter.
Inside with a diddy fan? No wonder you have sweat dripping on your phone
You can probably just about se the home air con unit in the pic, tempted to get that running too when I'm on a decent session.
So, what's the go to fan, is it a couple of these either side?

@stumpy01 exactly my thought with having a dedicated trainer bike, mine sits about 4ft away from the riding position which means it takes as long to set it up as it does to get changed into some bibs and shoes. The easier and nicer something is to set up/use, the more likely I am to use it.
I'll pop up photos later..
Got my Tripster on a Tacx Neo 2t...no need for rocker as that has a few degrees of sway..
Big 34" fan on the floo cooling the legs, adn a vacmaster on teh torso/head (smart plug controlled).
I've a 24" 4k LG monitor on an arm, connected via HDMI to teh gaming laptop.
It's REALLY nice having 2 screens as I mostly have zwift on the monitor (in eye line) for racing etc, but if I'm doing a 90min zone 2 workout, I pop a movie up on the monitor and zwift on teh laptop screen.
It all sounds fancy, but it's in a pokey little kitchen in my flat!!!
DrP
34" fan DrP!?
Tallpaul. I'd say a small fan like that is good for fitting at your face, but you could probably also do with something keeping your body a bit cooler.
34" fan??!! Blimey.
Mines an 18" one and if I use it in the winter I have to have it on the low setting as it gives me ice-cream head in the garage.
One like this:
18" Fan
PS - my trainer table is a small tray clamped in the jaws of a bike maintenance stand.
So why won't that embed then!?
I've posted pics before, can't make it work now!!
I got one of the vacmaster fans. Expensive, although I got an NHS discount. It's bloody good and the remote control is excellent!
Got zwift running on Apple TV. It's great, but every time it updates I have to uninstall and reinstall it.
Anyone else have this issue? It tells me to update, I go to the app store, click update and it just says "coming soon." Doesn't let me do anything else.
I need a bigger fan...
Just bought a sacrificial old Boardman to sit on the trainer all year, so I'm more motivated to get out on my real bike when it's a sunny day.
Set up in the garage, with a kickr, my old Mac mini, an old 27 inch monitor, a loud stereo and a makeshift desk made out of an old wine rack.
Works ok, and will sit there all the time now.
my error!!
It's NOT a 34" fan! that would be a bit excessive!!
Yeah, it's more like 16 inches!!!!
DrP
Noted about the fan, bigger is better! that 18" floor fan looks to be sold a few places under different brands, will try and pick one up.
I use one of those fans, Bought from Screwfix
TBH, the vacmaster seems a MUCH more effective fan.
I regret (well, kinda) buying the silver screwfix fan, as t's not as directional nor powerful.
Though on paper it moves more air, it seems to do it in a haphazard way! I MAY try to make a duct for it..
it's a fan, but not very blowey....
The vacmaster is ACE!!

Mine has barely been off the turbo all year this year, think I’ve been outside twice maybe.
Still my only road bike on the Elite Drivo I got at the start of the first lockdown.
Zwift is on an older iPad Air stood on a music stand in a big shed in the garden. One of them Honeywell fans on a box off to the side, I’ll probably get a bigger fan over the winter, other it is cold AF in the shed in the mornings
One day I’m planning to invest in a proper garden room gym but will wait and see what happens to the price of them over the next 18 months. I can muddle through in the meantime.
Also need to find a decent cheap high level table for water/towel/remotes etc.
Try CPC, I got mine for about £25 I think, search for projector table/stand
Cheers yeah it seems a projector stand is the best option.
Also I'm down the fan rabbit hole... The vacmaster looks the best, cheaper option plus a smart plug I think.
I had an 18" fan on order but homebase "can't get to the stock" so cancelled it
Are there any decent Bluetooth (or just remote) controlled fans around other than the Headwind? I turbo in the garage so usually end up starting with the fan off or right down, then will increase it later on so a normal floor fan would be a right pain (use a pedestal at the moment)
The vacmaster has a cardio version with a remote for an extra £40.
But if you only need it off or on one setting, a wifi/smart plug would do the job much cheaper.
@mashr The yellow vacmaster above in my picture has a slightly ,ore expensive version with a remote. Though TBH I don't see the point. I turn it on at full and for the first few minutes hang my towel over the front. That blocks some of the airflow for the initial warming period.
@ta11pau1 You just need to be careful the wifi/smart plug is rated for the current draw. Lots of them are not rated for higher draw items.

Both fair points, especially as I currently have something like 8 spare WiFi plugs that I inherited....
forget the massive telly etc, this is the part I'm most pleased about with my setup so far!Got a top cap mount for my phone for the companion app but this puts it directly below my head. 3d-printed adapter so an Apple Magsafe charger easily pops into the out-front Garmin mount. Now I just have to chuck my iPhone onto the magnet, and it holds it in place & starts charging - which also triggers automations to turn on the screen & fan, boot up Zwift on the ATV etc.
Here's my garage set up - Tacx Flux S on a homemade rocker (mdf & tennis balls). 2 fans, a 40 inch tv (I think) and an Apple TV 4K.
My god, it's a mind-numbingly dull activity. But when it's lashing it down outside it's better than nothing. Just.
4.25% cashback for vacmaster at topcashback plus 15% off if you're a blue light card holder
A slight tangent - If using more than one bike on a direct drive, do you need to change cassette to suit the bike? i.e if one bike running 12speed and one running 11 speed. I'm assuming having crisp gear changes is not an issue, as is not having the full range of gears, but is that something that is likely to work?
Vacmaster ordered.
jeesh... I just ordered another vacmaster... so now i'll be running 2! one on the floor, one in may face!
Anyone in West sussex want my big silver fan??!

Elite Zumo.
Elite Sterzo
My "old" Cube road bike
40" Samsung TV
Polk S3 soundbar
Lenovo Windows laptop
18" fan on smart plug
Open door
Setup will eventually form part of my Dining Room ---> Gym conversion.

@swillybey
My turbo bike is my Boardman commuter.
It runs 12 speed with an X01 rear mech but my Kickr has an XX1 11 speed cassette and it works faultlessly. It’s actually shifts quite well with the 11 speed cassette which was unexpected.
There we go!
KIKR core
Bike off Facebook marketplace stays on the turbo (old Saracen with 9spd Sora, works good though)
Apple TV 4k (eBay refurbished but Bob ob
43" Tele (eBay refurbished but Bob on also)
Vacmaster fan with the remote
Gone for a bontrager aeolus saddle, it's not bad but still get uncomfortable/numb after a while. Might go down the rocker route at some point.
Kickr Core, Sunday best Ti bike (Enigma), Ipad mini for Zwift and a full size Ipad for watching TV (Disney+, Sky, Netflix etc)
Soon to be replaced with a laptop.
Plus the phone on the stem for the Zwift companion app.
Very keen on those vacmaster's I feel a purchase about to happen

Nice triumph scrambler!
Nice triumph scrambler!
ta very muchly, its my pride and joy
TRAINERROAD10 gets you 10% off a Vacmaster. I have one remote one pointed at my back and two non-remote plugged into smart plugs pointed at my front. Don't know how you cope with what's basically desk fans!
Fan wise I have 2 x Vacmaster Cardio remote jobbies, thought it'd be overkill but it's not.
Both will work off the same remote, have one on a wi-fi Alexa enabled plug so can easily just run 1 fan. Height of summer was running both at max for workouts. Think I'll be running both at max for the Singletrack TT race tomorrow
Double team ! - my home made wobble board taxc and sons regular static one.
I think we broke him last year, haven't been able to convince him to do Tues/Thurs sessions yet.
Zwift on apple tv, two fans on smart plugs with google voice support. Shed is home made too, shelf is a tray and an old oar and a scaffolding joint, it folds up out of the way when not used, used for a laptop when we team ride.
Does get a bit toasty when dual riding.
Apple TV all set up in my lunch break, my god that's easier to pair the trainer and HR strap than using the companion app... Literally instantly found everything vs the 20 mins of cursing previously!
Just now waiting on my "Zwift table" (aka projector stand) and "Zwift fan" (aka Vacmaster air mover).
Have held off on the smart plug as I may need more than 1, and they do a smart power strip which might be better than having 2 or 3 plugged in separately.
another vacmaster ordered as one fan wasn't cutting it last winter
Has anyone gone with the indoor specific clothing?? Did you notice a differance?
@grantyboy The Le Col x Wahoo indoor kit is my team kit in game so I picked some up for the streams. It is much better then the loose tops I was using before. Still gets soaked but feel more comfortable when soaked as its sits on your skin instead of flapping. Strangely it initially feels warmer (for a couple of minutes) but once into efforts I don't notice it anymore. Don't have a comparison to a normal road jersey as I don't have any. I have also used them outdoors on hot days and again stayed nice and comfortable. I don't think buy it at full price (I'd never spend that much on any cycling top) but at the current sale price I'm happy with it.
@haloric: 'I think we broke him last year, haven’t been able to convince him to do Tues/Thurs sessions yet.'. Oh no. Tell him it's not as bad as he remembers. It is. But that's not the point
grantyboy

When it's warmer, I just end up taking my jersey off & wearing only my bibs.
Also a headband. Looks ridiculous, but definitely helps keep the sweat from dripping down your face. They do eventually saturate though. I have only got two, but could really do with a load more and swap mid-ride.
^That is high stakes laptop Zwifting right there. I can see me dropping a bottle or reaching to hit a key for a powerup and the whole lot crashing down.
Yeah sod having to manage not toppling a laptop over, it's hard enough work not thinking I'm about to topple over!!
Can’t be bothered trying to remember how to post pics, my set up is Wattbike Atom v2, Apple TV and a big telly.
^That is high stakes laptop Zwifting right there. I can see me dropping a bottle or reaching to hit a key for a powerup and the whole lot crashing down.
Yes it's not ideal,I'll have to see what stand I can use to support the laptop
Well the vacmaster is here.
Very impressed, it's a compact little unit and puts out a nice strong airflow, very directed. Seems it'll be fine for be aimed at my torso with a little hitting my head and legs. Can't see me needing much more than level 1 tbh!
If I get another at some point I'd get some smart plugs to allow them to be turned on in stages.
I wonder if that black but could be removed to make the flow less (maybe) directed?
they released a cycling-specific version to cash in on ZwiftingIf I get another at some point I’d get some smart plugs to allow them to be turned on in stages.
