Had been running my Evergreen all year round with 38s, 1x and mudguards. It’s super comfortable and versatile:

But got a hankering for something properly fast again and built this:

Ti (of course!), and whilst not quite as exotic as a Moots or Seven, it rides really nicely and seems well made.

    Mrs Kilo’s good road bike

    Red roberts

Took ages for them to make and the specc’ed fork never turned up. Lovely bit of kit and iirc she got a half iron man age group podium on it. Columbus tubing, fairly light, beautiful paint job on it. There’s another Roberts of hers with s&s couplings in the shed but cba’ed getting it out.

Mrs Kilo’s ss road bike. Doesn’t get lots of use but she says it’s lovely and it has pink wheels!

Thanks @jameso I changed the wheels for a pair of Hope RS-50SPs I’ve got but despite it looking 7% more aggressive and being marginally quicker, I miss the comfort of the alloy wheel build.

Kid.a, are you running your hutchinsons tubeless? If so, how are you finding them and which variant have you got? Nice bike by the way, I have the SL5 disc comp which I’m really pleased with but would like the extra tyre clearance of yours.

zerolight – some bikes just look right and that’s one. Classic frameset in a classic colour. Sensible mix of parts. ‘Right’ proportions. Definitely a keeper.

are you running your hutchinsons tubeless?

No, I’ve not gotten around to it yet, was meaning too. They’re great tyres, will be buying again. They are “Hutchinson Fusion 5 11Storm Performance”.

I love the bike btw, currently has 28mm tyres, I think 32mm will fit no problem.

De-stickered Prime RR50, they came with horrible glittery decals that had to come off but were £500 including tubes and Hutchinson tyres.

I know what you mean. Recently got these and haven’t de-stickered yet. Currently looks a bit logo-heavy I think. Plain black rims with tan-walls is a winner though.

Had this for a month now. First Scott I have owned and loving it, especially the 30mm tyres. Some neat features like a built in chain catcher, cable port and some of the nicest own brand finishing kit I have seen.

First Scott I have owned and loving it,

Nice, thanks for posting, the Addict 10 has just made my list of potential replacement bikes to my Rose Xeon. Saves some weight and has proper clearance for 28mm tyres.

Any idea what they’re talking about when they mention Low and High BB settings? The geometry table is a bit of a mess so doesn’t make it very clear…

Hig percentage of steel/to versus carbon pleases me. Shame my Shand was ridden once and now I’m on lock down. Gutted.

Godihatehills – Is that a Bianchi Specialissima? Nice Pantani colour scheme & backdrop too. Dream bike right there, do you like it?

    That Bianchi! Love them!

My Grandad had one when I was a kid, I think it was a 1980ish Bianchi Sprint and I’ve wanted one ever since.

Gets less use that it should (dirt’s just too much more fun), and really needs drops putting back on it – I love the look of the bullhorns, but they just aren’t as usable for me.

Love a bit of Planet X London Road for my winter wheels.

I love Solarider’s Seven, 38c and full guards would be excellent. I’m running 40c (rizla mud clearance) so surprisingly capable even on some of my MTB routes with a few psi let out of the tyres – but can only fit clip-on raceblades.

My grotty parts bin COVID flyer, built to get me to work without looking like I was out “cycling”

This is the newest of my road bikes, a Boardman SLR Endurance with Ultegra Di2 and discs. I’m pretty sure I paid less than £2.5K for it, and it’s a lot of bike for the cash.
