    Hi

My ’06 Kona ‘A’ has developed a squeak from one of the rear bushes. I’m fairly mechanical but haven’t done this before, so is replacing the bushes a DIY job and are there any online instructions available?
    Thanks

I have a Kona Dawg and if it’s the bushing, they are quite easy to remove.

However, I don’t think you can purchase just the bushings on their own, only complete bushing and bearing service kits (previously about £45).

It is worth stripping and cleaning the bushing first as a bit of dirt could cause the squeaking even if it’s not worn.

I’m sure you know this, but they should not be lubricated ! (Although I have squirted GT85 on mine occasionally to stop squeaks !!!! – not reccomended)
