Salsa Dos Niner: Anyone got one?

Thinking about a purchase, I’m 6’5″ and around 16st, would this frame be up to a bit of trail riding (mainly wheels on ground, the odd little foot high jump or drop maybe!)

Bonesetter on here has two Niners, one HT, one Full suss so he may be able to help you.
I got a Rockhopper 29er in a size 23″ frame and love it and i’m the same weight as you and a tad taller and find the bike fits so much better than all my 26″ bikes. Sold my old hardtail as i realised i’d only ever ride the 29er again. My riding also seems very similar to yours.

I’ve got one – a little shorter than you 2-3″ and on Large (i Think) gets used for everything as its my only bike. Love it. Where abouts are you ? we could set up a bit of a test ride if you like

I’ve had one for nearly two years.Best bike ever in 20 years riding! One inch travel at rear takes the sting out of big hits. Being six foot four its the first bike I’ve had which I don’t feel like I’m going to go over the bars. If your near Hertfordshire you’re welcome to have a try.
