Routes in Spain

I am to be spending some time in southern spain over the next year.

My bike is an optinal extra to take along at present I would like to hear from people who know some routes over there and have gps or route maps that i could use. I will be staying near malaga at a little village called Colmenar (between Malaga and Antequera).

If you have a contact out there who would not mind showing me around I would appreciate that.
