What does it mean when it says stock is available but not in stock at biketown?

Is biketown just their shop and they will have it in their warehouse? Slightly confused how something can be available but not in stock as with other items the traffic light system tells you how long it will be before things are back in stock.

Sounds a bit like when there are no apples in Lazytown.. usually it’ll be down to that Robbbie Rotten character I’m afraid.

Call Sporticus or Stephanie to sort it out, the Mayor is useless 😉

Oh great GW is back with his helpful and insightful comments yippee.

Biketown is rose bikes flag ship store, it looks from the stock level (green dots bit) they have them but as you suspect possibly in a warehouse so shipping may take a little longer.

I’m sure there is a link to contact them on the web site and you can select a staff member relating to the type of question.

If I get the site to load I’ll post up a link

Rusty – And you think doing simple tasks for lazy people helps them?

FFS there’s a link to a video that explains exactly what biketown is on the page I-Ache linked to.
and contact details at the bottom 😕

Yippee indeed!! I for one can’t wait for I-aches next thread 🙄

<EDIT> I-ache – Sporticus wears his No on his chest, I’m sure google can show you.. but first you should probably eat some sports candy to help you find the energy 😉

GW you grumpy **** do you have nothing better to do all day than come on here and moan at people for not being as good at life as you are? Did it not occur to you that I might not have been in the position to watch the video?

And yes it does explain that biketown is a shop. And spending more time digging around I can see they do have a separate warehouse that they dispatch from. However it doesn’t say that on some occasions we might be out of stock at biketown but as we have a separate warehouse where things might be in stock therefore sometimes showing seemingly contradictory information about stock levels on our website.

Unless I missed the bit where he said that. Maybe you can point it out in your usual polite and helpful manor.

Rusty thanks for your help. As I’m sure you realise I havn’t used Rose before and asking on a forum is often faster and easier than trawling round an unfamiliar website and watching a crappy video.

Oh and GW as you are in a forum you might want to know this before you do any more of your usual trolling.

In short it means that you can order it for delivery but you will not be able to walk into the shop and buy it over the counter. I hope that helps.
