No, not as in on the road to Damascus but as in from internal gear change to external. I currently have the internal version working with v brakes and this mornings ride to work has made me think again about changing frames ,or getting the frame I have modified for discs. The Rohloff was still performing faultlessly when the wheels would no longer turn due to the vast amounts of mud clogging around the brakes. So has anyone else had it done and what sort of cost was involved and would it have to go back to Germany.
    Thanks

Yes it has to go back to Germany & I think its about £110 – they basically swap the left side of the hub for a thicker one that will take the disc & handle the braking force.
