I’m looking for a set of forks in the 100/120mm range. Been looking at Rebas or Reba Teams, but can’t seem to find a simple explanation of the differences between the two, except price. There must be some reason for the two models. Does anyone have a plain English guide to how they differ from each other?

    Thanks muchly.

Go on rockshoxs website. In the fork descriptions they usually have a little note saying what upgrades each model gets over the previous one

Apparantly, the race and team models have an external (hand adjustment instead of an allen key on the SL) floodgate adjustment (how locked out the lock out is once engaged)
The team has uprated damping circuitary, and is available in a 90-120mm air U-turn, whereas the others are not

The 09 team has the black box damper (which I think has a separate high speed compression circuit to reduce spiking).

Yo can also get a 20mm maxle on the team.

According to RS’s site, the 20mm maxle lite is available on all of them (SL, race, team)
