Really vague / dodgy?? ebay listing for black Orange Patriot

Saw this whilst having a quick browse of bikes close to me. Looks like a black patriot but with absolutely no bike details and a dirty bike..

I sent the seller a question about the spec and size but nothing back.
Could be a genuine lazy seller… could be stolen??

Soon find out if he has the key to the lock still wrapped on the top tube!

The fact he wants £80 for economy delivery is daylight robbery in my book.

Too expensive to be dodgy shirley?

10+ years old, I’m going with lazy seller who doesnt know much about it as it’s 3rd/4th/5th.
