Putting 9 speed kit on an old frame

Can it be done?
The frame is from 92 so 7 speed, is there any ‘space’ or clearance issues?

Chainline might be a little iffy…waaaayy back rear axles were road bike sized, so that might be an issue…It’ll have stops for cantis not vees. maybe an 1 inch headset. Other than that, should be OK
