En321’s not 317’s
And the award for not reading the op goes to…
st colin – Member Superstar EVO’s, EN321’s, tubes, Minion/HR
Where’s my prize? 😆 Sorry, been a long day so far!
EN521’s, tubeless captain at the rear and a purg out front with a tube at the moment
FWIW I will be using tubes….. can I get away with 717 rims yet?! 😆
great feedback, thanks all. I was starting to wonder if these tyres were a bit big for my 719’s but it appeears not 🙂 My Nobby Nics can stay on the shelf till Spring.
Mavic en521 purg front high roller rear
Purg 2.3 front(new) purg 2.2 back(old) The new 2.3 seems to come up massive compared to the rear.
Same set-up tubeless here on some charger experts.
To me there’s no visible size difference between the two tyres, although the tread pattern is a slight changed (smaller centre block on the 2.2)
running Prug 2.3 front and rear on Arches…(Original, not EX)
Tubeless and dead easy to pump up first time with track pump
Purgatory front and The Captain rear – both on DT Swiss 445 d. Not sure of the width but reports suggest 22mm
2.3 Purg on a flow rim and a 2.0 captain on a flow rim – all tubeless with just yellow rim tape.
Purg inflates with just the track pump
