“Looked at a couple of the One Up tube strap things – £15 postage though 😲 No thanks”

Yeah I was considering some bits from tere but £15 shipping is a piss take. The fact that it’s also 4 to 10 business days just makes it even more ludicrous.

Thanks. Some good stuff in the Sports Pursuit sale. Bombers for half price in coil and air.

Mystic are doing last years ‘The One’ wetsuit for 50% off.  Various thicknesses. I think the 5/3 is around £170 which sounds like a bargain to me.

Watch out though – some items are more expensive on eBay to start with so it may come down to the free postage.

Are you guys still shopping at chain reaction, I haven’t even looked at that site for weeks, possibly months.

@noeffsgiven CRC (new co) are going to start selling the £3m stock they purchased according to an article I read yesterday. So all the bargains that never sold, but a bit of a mark up I suspect

I’ve only just recovered from the last Wiggle/Chain Reaction sale I but had a quick look at their eBay store after seeing the message above.

Managed to get 3 packs of DHB vest base layers for £15, that’s only slightly more than I paid for 1 during the closing down sale.

I think their Trisport eBay store is worth checking on a regular basis……

Is the wiggle/CRC stuff being sold online or is it just in store (or is it through the trisport Ebay shop)?

I think it’s all three to be honest.

Big price reduction on loudspeakers at http://www.stirlingbroadcast.com 🤣

Perfect for relaxing to after a big ride 😂

(he’s closing the company due to memory issues and I’m helping sell off his stock – but no financial gain for me, so not spamming! )

I have ordered from banana industries although not in the last month and everything I’ve ordered seems to have turned up okay

@watty. Dave of Planetx/On One runs it now I believe (I could be wrong) the website is trading as banana industries but the company is Futa Co.

    It’s all good

Anyone know of any deals on handle bars? 31.6, 780/800mm with about 30mm rise. I brought a voodoo bizango and said I wouldn’t upgrade anything as I’ve zero will power and it’ll get out of hand but need to swap the bars as the front end is too low.

A bit niche this, but if you have a Cannondale Mavaro Neo 1 or Adventure Neo 1 EQ and are after a Garmin Varia to connect up to Cannondale’s Smart Sense system, Merlin have them for £10, down from £169.99 (94% off).

They have my saddle of choice SLR X Cross for a bargain £30 (and lots of other Selle Italia bargains) so I’m in. bought some soap too.

Re: lezyne 1000XL light – Chain Reaction:

Great price but just beware, the strap is a very basic rubber type and it’s short too, so you may struggle with over size bars.

You can fit an Exposure cleat to the Lezyne, and then use an Exposure clamp (stem or bar mounted).

I use this setup on my commuter.

Just ordered one of these , pretty good price 👍All genuine Shimano with full guarantee. Merlin tell me they bought a few of these in at a good price, I’m guessing none of it will be boxed but I can live with that 😁
