i quite hate the british ( nee Hora) public ‘we want it and we want it now regardless’ expectation!!. If i go into a shop, say tesco, and its pretty quiet than i know i’ll be served pretty quickly. My common sense i have also means that if its jumping then there will be queue’s and i know i’ll wait longer (regardless of how many staff they have on). Same with other things, Evans might have got 1000 orders through in 1 day, they might only pick and send 500 of those, which means 500 + the 1000 the next day. Its soon backs up regardless of how many team you have on.
I would say most businesses attempt 100% to make there business as fluent as possible but occasionally busy and really busy periods occur that means things get backlogged. Sh*t happens people, deal with it. The world will not end, your life will not deteriorate because your frigging ESI grips didnt arrive by Tuesday.
