Hmm, at a guess….8% av.

Chris King call theirs a baseplate. Is this the American word for crown-race?
Anyway, 1 1/8 stainless is 14g and Ti is 8g. Complete 1 1/8 Nothreadset is 98g with standard steel baseplate, which makes the baseplate 7.29% of the weight of complete Nothreadset. Very good guess Nano! On mine I upgraded to the Ti Baseplate, saving 6g but making the baseplate 8.70% of the new complete headset. (NB. all weights above are manufacturer's claimed weights, I've not had mine completely out to weigh it, just apart to stick some grease in)
It may seem counter-intuative that the lighter one is a higher proportion of the weight of a complete headset, but then this is of course a higher proportion of a smaller number.
I use the words 'complete headset' above advisably, I have heard rumours somewhere that not all headsets come with crown-races/baseplates included.
