Trying to re-arrange next weekend so we can attend.

It's local so if time is running out we could maybe take a shortcut home, then the rellies don't get upset.

All this may however, be academic, as I haven't run it past my good lady yet.

I know enough trails round there that we can ride till it goes dark without repeating ourselves (except for the bits that are so good we want to do them again!) and can easily string together a 15 miler that allows people to duck out if they're feeling the pace a bit

I lived on Park Road as a kid, School Road (near Vicky Park)during my teens, and then just off Barton Road when I bought my own place.
Went to Vicky Park and then the Boys Grammar (left in 85)

But then moved out to Pickmere, which didn't work out, then Holmirth, and soon to Marple…… hopefully !!
