    Apologies to anyone who was waiting for me at the Bonaly shop (however unlikely that is…). Due to a cock up at the hospital, I was 2hrs late in getting home so I wasn't able to get there in time. Apologies again… I didn't make it out on the bike either and looking at the sun, wished I had 🙁
