Is the EBB sorted yet?

We’re not goin to endure another ride with tollah unless there’s another tandem out.

NO, it’s buggered. Thread stripped in the EBB shell. Been through every drawer in the garage and don’t have a nut and bolt to fit 🙁

We’ll still bring the tandem as long as you ban tollah from the ride.

We can make him ride really fast and take pics as we pass without stopping 😉

I’m annoyed, I was really looking forward to it. Last time we tried to do this ride on the tandem, Jane was poorly. Maybe the tandem doesn;t like the planned route? Spooky!…

Just stated snowing in Chapel / Whalley – coming down quite quickly. Looked at the weather radar seems to be coming in from the NE so what ever you guys have will be heading this way.

Weather forecast appears to fairly confidently state the the snow will be moving north of the ride area by about 9-10 ish. Doesn’t help with the drive though!

snake pass is under ‘warning’ levels so may close. I’ll see how i get on.

Might be better to try the B5470 from Macc to Whaley if you’re coming from the West. Its still not great in the snow but should be better than the Cat. Flash bar webcam on same page shows the A53 from Leek. Still just grey down bottom – been snowing for an hour and although its coming down fast its not put that much down.
