pc game problem dungeon keeper gold.cannot move sliders in options menu?

have changed the properties option to windows 2000,and the game does work (completed the tutorial level).the problem is that none of the sliders in options menu move (cannot adjust volume/configure all buttons e.t.c)

any tips would be most welcome as it’s a classic game 😀

As it’s an old game they’ll probably be a file in the folder called config.bat in there will be the settings, a txt editor will allow you to adjust those.
