The BB on my GF Rig has given up the ghost (where did that phrase come from?) so I’m trying to decide what to replace it with. ISIS has an appalling reputation for longevity so is it worth buying a Crank Brother ISIS BB with the 5 year warranty and hope that they honour it if it dies sooner (or does it not include wear and tear – I usually get about a year out of a set of XT HT2 bearings and would expect the same from a CB unit before they started to fob me off) or should I just have done with it and buy a new HT2 SLX from CRC?

Is Square taper worth a look over HT2? Answer on a post(card) to here…

ISIS bottom bracket? Only SKF – lasts forever. Stif should have some.

Yes…2Pure are very good and will replace (replaced mine FOC and I had lost the receipt)
