    Glad you have taken to it Gareth, it’s a lot of money if you didn’t!
    Best subsequent money I ever spent was on a coaching session, I went with some mates to Jedi – others are available but he is very very good.
    Remember Rule 1 and don’t take offence if you hear me muttering (on my olde worlde bike) on a climb “bloody e-bikers, always bloody smiling”!

    Right, you’re off and in the swing of it. Now, if you can get out in the week, an hour before work or an evening ride you’ll get even more fun. Regular shorter rides rather than one big weekend session is better for fitness.

    You’ll probably need advice on what lights to get. 👍
