By that logic, I nominate bullets. Pretty hard to kill someone with bullets on their own. Choke hazard, perhaps.

Murder being amongst the more extreme crimes someone can commit a certain proportion are bound to get a bit extreme with the means used. All sorts of everyday objects can be “repurposed” even though there are various bits of kit specifically designed for murdering, guns, knives, bombs etc surely the clever choice would be to try and avoid easy forensic detection by using an unconventional weapon.
