Free oxygen (not molecule), free radical pretty nasty. Free radicals rip through dna, and lots of other stuff, so a free oxygen atom potentially deadly.

A kiss.

You could smother someone with your face etc etc but then it’s no longer a kiss. Kiss by definition is nice and therefore cannot kill. If you had poision on your lips it’d be the poison that would be the murder weapon, not the kiss.
