grass needs a trim and your saddle angle’s all wrong. 😉

I think the poo brown colour is the marmite bit. oh and the wonky saddle and stem the wrong way round. 😉

The saddle looks wrong there, but it’s actually comfy, think the bike is downhill a bit there

if you’re having to set it that way to get comfortable it’s almost certain that you’re not set up right – saddle too high / bars too low for your flexibility.

I was told by my physio to angle my saddle like that in order to rotate my sacrum forward and reduce back ache. It worked a treat.

I spy a cheap Ebay carbon seatpost from HK.

Shouldn’t it be red (with a bit of white)?

Don’t have a problem with the crap colour, or the angle of the saddle , which can be sorted quickly. The marmite bit is the handlebar gear change. No amount of polishing will make it acceptable to anyone outside the old guard of the CTC.

Have you tried a BE shifter, wingnuts? Nothing wrong with that IMHO (not that I love it either – got rid of mine because I prefer STI, but not because I hate them).

I quite like it. And as for the saddle angle I rotated the saddle on my FS to be like that and it has made my back go from unbearable to just a little bit of an ache. Saddles don’t have to be flat to be ‘right’

Bit odd, but I like the colour.

aracer I had them when they were the bizzz. Admittedly so long ago it was before indexing. The best bit was being able to flick someones lever and cripple them with an unexpected gear change on the hills.

I do actually have one on my new 3 speed fixed, so no doubt somebody will seek retribution after 30 years.

It’s different and makes a nice change from the norm.

If you enjoy riding it – who cares what others think! 🙂

as long as you like it,that’s all that matters 😉 that does look very nice (but i would change the colour to a dark blue or red 🙂

Was out on it for 2 hours this afternoon, it’s very comfy so I don’t think the setup is wrong

The bar end shifter is ok, options are a bit limited if you only want one shifter on the road. I do have one other idea on the shifter I was working on…
