Anybody else doing this?
First time for me, never really got the point before. But I’ve since had a MH episode, resulting in my wife calling out an emergency crisis team. I’ve since done training to be a mental health first aider and I’m taking the whole mental health thing a bit more seriously.
I’ve committed (stupidly) to walking/running 240km through November. I don’t do running so this will be a real challenge for me but I will do it.
