Ti 456 with XO and loads of bling
New Turner 5 Spot XO Chris King hubs etc.
That new £7k Scott Genius Carbon
Merlin Ti Road Bike
Merlin Ti Hardtail
SWorks M2 and GT Zaskar from the early 90’s
DeKerf Ti Implant
Kone Hei Hei – mid 90’s so one of the proper ti ones.
Santa Cruz Nomad
Big Plasma TV, blue ray player and surround sound and some nice units and flooring to fulfill my workshop dreams. That’s probably about it but there may be more.
flamejobFree Member@flamejob – have you ridden a AMP B5? They were CRAP!
Yeah maybe a wee bit noodley, but it’s like owning a *thinks of car equivalent, Sierra Cosworth. Its the grandaddy of the FSR/Horst link
molgripsFree MemberBeing a bit more sensible about it – rather than simply buying bling, I’d like to increase what I could do on a bike. For example, I fancy a track bike, then I could go for a jump bike and a BMX.. to allow me to try new kinds of riding.
molgripsFree MemberOn the subject of workshops tho – I’d have a huge workshop and storage, and I’d employ a bike-stablehand to clean and maintain the fleet. I’d just call down and say “Watson, I think I’ll take the Patriot out today, make sure it’s ready. I think the brakes were a little off last time I rode it, would you be so good as to bleed them and fit new pads? Also I’ll have the Mountain King 2.4s too.”
soma_richFree MemberIndy Fab ti deluxe.
Kona hei hei
Turner sultan
On-one Scandal (mine :))
Niner RIP
A nice Kona COilerjonjones13Free MemberParlee or Crumpton SL carbon roadie (Campy Super Record and Lightweight Ventoux’s of course)
Vanilla or Speedvagen steel roadie (depending on how long I want to wait!)
Steve Potts Ti 29er with Black Sheep Ti forks
Nicolai Helius CC or Ventana El Salty for FS duties
See you only need 4 !
sam42Free Member@mboy- “Custom (built by me on a Dave Yates frame building course probably, if I could get a place!) 853 hardnut hardtail,” that’s what i ride! finished in metalflake black with vanilla32s saint cranks, hope brakes and hubs, en521s, xtr, thomson, all in black!! and if you can get a place go on the course! I wanna go again, even if you don’t get much change from a grand!
GaryLakeFree MemberOrange Five – Bling out my current five – bread and butter bike, I know it works. Fancy a tracer but meh…
Lynsky M230 – Fancy a bit of Ti…
Cotic Single – Got to have a bit of niche content in there.
Orange Blood – dunno, just looks like it’d be real fun to ride the tits off it!
Orange 224 – if had the omey I’d be gving DHing a go and I’d probably lack the imagination to go beyond the old halifax faithful.GaryLakeFree MemberIf I’m honest though, I really wouldn’t stop at five bikes and there would be some serious doubling up in terms of purpose too.
yossarianFree MemberLottery Bike Garage – Whats in yours?
you sad lot
in my bike HANGAR would be a selection of hundreds of bikes that i bought on the internet on a whim, dwarves with trays of cocaine and bikini clad birds
when you are rich details are unimportant.
JonEdwardsFree MemberI’d keep my Soda – possibly do a bit of a respec.
Then:-
Jones 3D spaceframe SS thingy
Turner DW 5-spot
Turner DW DHR
Ti Beefy hardtail with Lyrics/Fox 36s on (Cotic Bfe or Dialled Apline kinda thing, but in Ti). Or maybe one of those Commencal Atherton Ti 4x bikes.
Litespeed Archon with full SuperRecord and Ligtweights
Condor Percorso Ti fixie
A nice 953 audax/winter road bike with mudguards on for when it’s reet shitty out.Hmmm. I do like my Ti, me…
atlazFree MemberNot too sure. Bling up the current stable a little, add in some sort of park use thing (Commencal Furious perhaps), a road bike and that’d do me. I’d need a new house to get them all in tho as I can’t see Mrs Atlaz going for me filling up with any more bikes.
Assuming I was a man of leisure after that, the big expense would be trips to places to ride. That truck would seem to fit the bill for European stuff.
PJayFree MemberI’d certainly fancy something in the titanium hardtail line but after looking at the 29er thread I reckon a Niner Sir9 with matching 853 rigid fork would be a dream.
For HairyChested, if you like tricycles have you seen this by Lynskey?
martyntrFree MemberI need more time, not new bikes
If you won the lottery, you’d have plenty of time on your hands *aslong as it was a sufficient # £mil….)
mamadirtFree MemberJust one of these . . .
with a pair of Lyrik 2 Steps up front

PICTURES, I NEED TO SEE PICTURES! 😛
Mamadirt, why the 6.6 over the Slopestyle? Would’ve thought the Slopestyle more your thing, certainly it’s DEFINITELY very “my thing”… In fact, once I’ve sorted my finances out when my new job starts, and I’m significantly out of my overdraft, may have to look into buying an SS!
kiwijohnFull MemberIF Tungsten Electrode
Merlin/Seven/Moots custom Ti HT modeled on my DMR Switchback with 140mm forks
Turner DW RFX
Colnago roadie. Lugged steel. Or maybe a Bob Jackson.
Steelman CX bike
GT Dynoglide Deluxe or 3. Got one already.
BMX of some description.
A museum full of retro classicsRexFree Member@knottie – brilliant idea!
I’ll have a seven sola singlespeed please. and a parlee roadbike.
i’d get dave turner to make me a custom dw link tandem.and thinking about it, to go with the lightweight sola ss i’d ask lynskey to make me a ti 456 singlespeed for big forks.
oh, and a nice steel cross bike.
jimsterFree MemberLangster.
De Kerf – Team SST
Tomac – Carbide
A tandem of some sort for mrs and any roadbike that took my fancy.mboyFree Membersam42
That’s impressive mate, I really like that. Can I ask what the geometry is though, the head angle does look a tad steeper than I’d probably run myself, though of course it may just be perspective from the photos.
VERY well finished though BTW, and I like the colour a lot.
PeterPoddyFree Member3 italians, 4 Brits, but sod pedalling them for a lark! –
Ducait Desmosedici RR
A 916SPS for good measure
And I’d keep my little Monster 696 for general tooling around on.
It’s wonderful.
And now the Brits –
Triton
Vincent Black Shadow
BSA Gold Star
And my little Monster 696. It’s wonderful.
sam42Free MemberHey mboy….
The head angle is a touch steep bout 71.. i was intending to run slightly longer forks than i am doing which has affected both head angle and bb height, it still rides well though but i’d go about 2 degrees slacker next time, there’s always something though when you build your first, which brings me back to wanting to do another….HoratioHufnagelFree Memberi’d have one of these for certain, just to find out how fast i could go!
james-oFree MemberFirstly a full Park workshop set-up, a nice Bose sound system and a minibar. Then a few custom ti bikes by Moots or IF, a 953 Brian Rourke and probably a few more from builders who show those gorgeous frames the handbuilt show. A Jones and a Sachs road frame would arrive a year or so later :), then one of 18’s frames when they get going.. OTP bikes would prob be a Five, or maybe an ST4, a Supreme for chairlift holidays and a little Chameleon for summer evenings. Just because they would all be / do what i wanted and all be totally different, a bike for every kind of ride and all the spares to chop and change as required.
then i’d buy a jig, mitre cutters and brazing gear and start experimenting.. the best daydream post ever, cheers )
oh and a basic 531 frame converted to SS for a spares project.
Those are some lovely motorbikes above too…but that’s a very slippery slope )
mboyFree MemberPP, nice choices. Know someone with a Desmosedici already though, have had a sit on it… VERY nice.
My old housemate used to have a 916SP3 with quite a few Ducati Corse mods on it, including an ex BSB engine.
Have a 96 748SP in the shed myself, needs a bit of TLC as it hasn’t been on the road in a couple of years due to financial reasons, but hoping it’ll be back up and running soon. Not THAT much slower than a 916SP either, only about 15bhp in it.
sam42. That’s exactly what I was thinking mate. I’m no expert on geometry, but would be thinking something like 68.5-69 degrees with a 140mm fork on my build if I did it, or 67-67.5 with something like a Lyric or a Fox 36. Hmmmmm… Oh to have some money to go on the course!

Mamadirt, why the 6.6 over the Slopestyle? Would’ve thought the Slopestyle more your thing, certainly it’s DEFINITELY very “my thing”… In fact, once I’ve sorted my finances out when my new job starts, and I’m significantly out of my overdraft, may have to look into buying an SS!Well it’s has taken me an age to whittle my collection down to just the one – it’ll have to take me to work and be capable of x/c and d/h (like my Tazer). I’ve had ridden both albeit briefly (mate has a Slopestyle – love it!) and if it was a question of having more than one then yes, definitely, but I’m quite enjoying never being on the wrong bike at the mo’ so I reckon the 6.6 with DHX air shock would fit the bill as an only bike pretty well. The way Intense are bringing out new models at the mo’ I reckon it’s gotta be only a matter of time before 6.6 frame prices drop (I’ve been watching the S/S prices though and they just seem to get more expensive every time I look).
lyonsFree Membermmmmm
