    No, but toning up the stomach muscles is unlikely to be a bad idea, and a tight stomach will be visually more attractive than a weak one…

    Can’t argue with that.

    {edit} though for those looking to do this, its worth adding that the sit-ups Wozza suggested are a relatively poor exercise for strengthening the abs

    …even if it does have a generous layer of fat over it.

    ime – write down/record what you’re eating. lose weight thru eating, work on fitness/muscle with exercise.

    stick at it – it’s SO worth it for when people notice you’ve lost it.
