Linking Penmachno and Marin trail in Gwydyr forest

Anyone one got a map (or GPS data) of how to do this?
Whats the total length of the combined ride?

You only asked the question an hour ago. I could suggest you use a map, but that would be dull and predictable.

FWIW, I did this a while back, but used the road instead. I parked at the Marin, rode alond the road to Penmachno, rode that, then back along the road to Gwydir. Rode that, then thanked my stars that I’d left my car at the end of the trail.

It’s a good ride – do it. Don’t worry too much about linking it up offroad though.

It is possible to link Pen. with Marin,use Sarn Helen. It would involve some road work.Approx. 40 mile ride if you do Pen. extra loop.

I made it 45 miles with 2500 metres of climb.
