JE James – great service

Despite being really busy with loads of people waiting, one of the lads at JE James today went for a good ratch out back to find a couple of mech hanger bolts, and then gave me them for free.

Nice one – big change in atmosphere in there from a few years ago, I was reet impressed.

Never had a problem with the Rotherham branch, rang yesterday morning to see if they had a Specialized Deviant carbon in stock, as one was showing on the web site down, to £89 from £150. Afer looking in the stock John said they had and 1/2 hour later it was waiting for me to try on. Always had first class service from them.
