Given the problems faced by Royal Mail this December I suspect it’s well down their priority list. I went to collect a parcel from my sorting office yesterday and there were packages stacked up from floor to ceiling.
That may be so and yes its no life & death matter, but…..
Assuming those at ST towers are telling the truth, I too would be just a bit hacked off as its a fair proportion of the income & they are regular business customers (the very people RM need to keep for a consistent income in the future.)
Now if ST was printed in Edinburgh then I would accept it being a few days late. But its not & the distribution seems to have been random.
Our firm have a plant in Edinburgh and when due to the snow they were unable to deliver out to their customers for 2 days we did so from other plants in the north of England, at no time did any one of our 1000’s of customers run out (even though this is also our busiest time of year)
I don’t for one moment blame the front line delivery people @ RM. It just seems to be run by a bunch of amateurs or should that be ex GPO
