Do these exist in the wild?   Our oldest is too big for her 14 – I think a 20 might too much as she’s quite short.

If not, what else?

The 18” wheel size is very rare. But if 20” is too big there’s plenty of 16” bikes from frog, vitus, forme etc etc.

We went from 16” Cnoc to 20” Saracen Mantra. Plenty of overlap so as above could try the 16” first.

In the spirit of recommending what we used to have, Cannondale Cujo 20.

Proper fat tyres. Really quite dinky for a 20. Two of mine used it from about (tall) 4.5 years old onwards.
