Only 4 days in but no probs so far.
Breakfast has been gram flour flatbreads with scrambled egg and/or bacon
Lunch has been tuna and bean salads
Dinner was meat and two veg but tonight I made a chicken and lentil stew and the leftovers are lunch tomorrow.
No cravings at all and no desire to eat at any other time apart from mealtimes.
You are far too good at this.
We are more familiar with people buckling under the strain of change.

Falling off the wagon aint so bad.
After all, at least you stepped aboard the wagon in the first place and even iDave has slipped…on the odd occassion.

If you persist, falling off the wagon should become less frequent.
Ultimately, its all about how bad you want it
But, from where I am, its been a good trip.
Last Saturday lunch time I had a spinach and wild venison fillet steak salad.
It was sooooooo good I still think of it now.

Of course it helps that my neighbour shoots wild deer and is a national champion butcher.
