“thinking of images of idave and solo stood over me, tutting and shaking their head while iDave was drinking a bottle of red”
Of course, iDave is demonstrating the liberal spectrum of the iDiet, once you have emerged from the journey, fulled iDave’d, trim and generally happy at how it all turned out in the end.
However, if you’re just starting out, then remember, that you will probably make the odd error or misjudgement.
But as you will know, its not the end of the world.
So, sweet potato, no sweet potato ?.
Well, perhaps try to look at it this way.
When you try something for the first time or decide to introduce something into your diet.
Read-up on it first.
You know the iDiet premise, with respect to low GI and reducing the quantity of sugar in your general diet.
So, with this in mind, research your food items and then give them a go.
As has been pointed out before, its a basic template.
once you have it, then you get to play with it to tune it to what you’re wanting.
Ton, once you reach a weight you’re happier with, and when your body has adjusted to burn more fat for its energy.
Then sweet potato once a week aint gonna do any harm, imo.
In fact, with such a wide range of foods to choose from, I bet you’ll struggle to fit them in, 6 days a week.
😉
I’ll be keen to know how its going, if you care to post on your experiences.
Its all iDave’s work really.
😀
