If you had told Solo that eating elephant dung with a passata sauce was part of the diet, I reckon he’d of done it.
    😆

    You’re still a nobb.

Maybe I need to set my formidable partner Middle-Class-molgrips on you

Now, that has made me laugh out loud.

    I knew I liked you.

Now look, you’ve made me late for the gym.

Love and kisses to you and the Mrs.

See ya, wouldn’t wanna be ya.

Rainbow trout with prawns in a reduced liquor on a bed of watercress. Could be iDiet compliant?

Oooof. They just added cream to the liquor. Arse.

    You’re still a nobb.

You’re still 78kg. Fortunately, with some more healthy eating and gym sessions, you can still lose your fat.

I’m stuck with being a nobb.

I emailed them. They said if we came down and did a presentation to the staff in Poole about the diet, they’d do a service for free. Best I could negotiate. 😐

Funny enough, I almost sold them woven cashmere for lining the yacht ceilings many years ago – Bentley too. Almost that is….

    So are sweet potatoes ok?

I never feel bloated no matter how much I binge on my days off. But then again it’s mostly dairy and sugar I binge on, not so much bread.

Sweet potatoes are out, iirc, as is sweetcorn somewhat surprisingly. But they are both pretty sweet really.

I thought sweet potatoes were part of the squash family.

No – sweet potatoes grow under the ground as tubers or roots or whatever they are called – squashes are fruit (in the botanical sense).
