any one had to claim on insurance and bieng given to these guys !!

having to claim through my tesco house insurance for flood damage ( which will be cancelled at the end of year), there loss accessers are useless, and dont seem to be fair to me, im considering getting my own loss accessor in, which will cost me, but hopefully i might get the full amount to fix my damage. Still waiting for uk assist to get back……

Yes had the miss fortune of using them a couple of years ago. The car was repaired and bought back to me three times. First time the bumper wasnt refitted properly, I could get my whole hands inbetween the bumper and headlight. Second time tried to open the door and it fouled on the new wing they fitted. Third time it came back with overspray all over the roof. Had it back and took it to my own bodyshop…
