Is it possible to bodge a knee pad to be slightly tighter? I have XS TLD KG5500 and they’re a little loose at the top, don’t think they’re supposed to be like that. Silicon strip maybe?

    Get bigger legs?

Or, the elastic has gone (if they have any). Otherwise you could get someone who’s good at sewing to take them in.

Brand new! Smallest size there is. Bit of nifty sewing might work

Stuff something underneath? I put a buff under one of my KG5400 where it rubs a bit, makes it tighter too.

And ride more, so your legs get bigger.

Try a pound shop neoprene velcro knee brace thingy, under or over.

For the amount of protection, they’re a bit pricey.

But the outer pad is very grippy.

They’re made of a very stretchy spandex material, so you’re best to try a medium size first.

The winter ‘sub-zero’ version is made from a less stretchy ‘roubaix’-like material, so go one size up if you plump for these.

My approach is leftfield, but I wear 3/4 undershorts, and I wear my G-form pads underneath them.

Keeps them in place nicely. Plus I’ve not got pin legs anyway.

    Squats? Pies?

You could cut and sew them, sew a dart in, sew on some elastic etc. I would want to do it so it does not crease.

Sew some velcro strap to the top?

This. Just buy some stretchy velcro straps and sew them on one side. Pull them across an fasten to tighten pads. Exactly like a knee support.
