Served my apprenticeship in that industry, and loved every day, and not much improvement in H and S, plastic hard hat, and safety boots,gloves if you could get any.

It is my job to read industrial specifications. I’ve seen Ethical Policy Documents and other such nonsense that are as big as the spec for that entire loco.
