How many miles have you managed to get in this week ?

3x 2/3 hour rides in Swinley, not sure how far that would be!?

About 65 miles off road
25 miles at CYB
About the same at Llandegla
and 15 miles night riding over the chase in the snow/ice/slush

Only around 20 miles this week

6 mph about my average speed, off road sections were faster than the on road bits.

If we count Sunday as start of the week then 1 good ride with Snakebite then 3 good rides in the snow so 50 milesish, plus commuting so another 40. Thats 90.

So why am I overweight?

Er, 20 commuitng miles. No proper riding (on or off road).

Gonna suffer at HTN tomorrow!
