How does that work, lacing a fatty wheel only on one side?

First time I have ever seen this, check the rear wheel.

That’s standard lacing for a 135mm offset frame like the Pugsleys, older 907s and those Cookers. That’s why there are twice as many spoke holes as you need 🙂
