Hope hub bearings – what model?

I have a set of Hope Sport hubs – i believe these to be the OEM version of XC hubs. My rear bearings are on the way out & i was wondering what size/model the bearings are. If i know the model No. i cane get some from the local bearing supplier – that’s if it’s not too big a job to replace them.
Have gone to the shop in the past but it’s miles away & i don’t have access to a car anymore.
