Hope headsets vs Chris King

Looking for a new headset and haven't any experience of Hope.

How do they compare with Chris King?

It's going on a Curtis Freeride

I think the general consensus is that the Hope headsets are at least as good as, and perhaps even better than, the CK ones.

I've not used CK so can't comment on the comparison, however I've 3 Hope ones and all have been great.

Anyway.. The answer is cane creek.

Two Hope ones on my bikes – no problems in 5 years.

Look at the across headsets. Really good, definitely better qaulity than my hope, plus very good warrunty. By the way, I have a decent condition hope headset for sale, only a couple of rides old…
