Looking for a bike and in need of help to broaden my search with the following criteria:

    Must have/be:
    Full sus.
    29er.
Seat tube no longer than 405mm.
    Less that 11kg.
Nothing too brand specific (specialized brain shock).

Would like but no deal breaker:
    Rockshox instead of fox.
    Threaded bb.
    No neon or dayglow colours.

    Transition Spur or YT Izzo?

    Why the specific length seatpost?
And what sort of riding will you be doing?

    Why the specific length seatpost?

That length or shorter. I’m short and that’s the max length I can have with a 125mm dropper. Even then I’m restricted to low stack seats.

Mostly XC but not scared of getting the wheels off the ground. I’m light at 58kg so really want a light bike.

Pick some bikes you like and then have a play on Geometry Geeks

It will give you the seat tube lengths but more importantly the maximum post insertion.
From that and googling dropper post dimensions you can work out which ones fit your criteria

Spur, Trek Top Fuel, or Epic Evo. All come with Rock Shox suspension and are pretty light. The Epic Evo will be the lightest but you’ll have to drop serious coin to get the sub-11kg model.

Sub-11kg for a FS 29er is a big ask unless you’re spending serious money.. Budget?

I got an all carbon 11kg full sus XC 29er from Paul’s Cycles 2 years ago. Cost the same as I paid 21 years ago for my last mtb.
