Has anyone posted a frame abroad before? help!

Looking to send a medium-sized mtb frame to spain. Aparently its size, voulumetric to be precise even if the frame only weighs 1.5kg!

has anyone sent a frame abroad and if so who did you use and how much did it cost, parcelforce quoted me over £150!

any help gratefully received.

i sent frame and forks to germany for 50 odd quid using parcel force, so im not sure why they should quote you that much.

i think its down to the size of the box, i think i need a smaller one! lol
