I don’t know what that is, but it looks like someone’s Photoshopped a shock into an image of a steel hardtail – ie: it’s a full sus that doesn’t look like one, which kind of says it all really 🙂

External cable routing, not such a pretty rear triangle, the high chainline (whatever they call it) and no idea what’s going on with the saddle angle, but for an Enduro bike this almost looks ok. Reason for posting – the shock placement is 👌

Doesn’t quite work for me, reminds me of a Liteville maybe?

It’s a good realisation of a concept though and I wish them well – it’d be interesting to hear how it rides.

I do like that Spur. Top tube and seatstays inline seems to do it. Always liked my Process 111 for that, shown here with some 26ers when I got it:

Thanks! More niche than a niche thing, but it does look nice, mostly though I think, because it doesn’t really look much like a full sus.

There’s always odd stuff going on with aesthetics. I think it’s easier to look at something with a less critical / more affectionate eye if it rides really well or has a special emotional pull for you. Most carbon / aluminium bikes don’t really do it for me, but then I’ve aways liked traditional round tubes, steel and titanium, so it’s understandable.  Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t buy a carbon-framed bicycle, but all else being equal, I’d rather not.
