Gin recommendations

Tonic water, 1724 or Fever Tree.

Fever Tree seems to be the standard highlandman. Just seems to be cleaner in taste and not take over from the gin.

Had a swig of the Single Malt Gilt Gin a moment ago, no tonic just straight up. Very very smooth.

Fentimens Tonic water.

There is no better.

Got a bottle of the botanist for Xmas – lovely stuff, with a decent tonic it was really nice.

I also got round to trying the chilli and lime gin from a previous thread – I can honestly say it is the nastiest thing I’ve ever tasted – exactly how I imagine dogs hit would taste. Avoid.

The orange Edinburgh gin is very nice, but mixed with prosecco it’s rocket fuel.

Conker Dorset gin. On sale from Jan ’15. Personally I very much like it. Give it a try!
