Mrs Gnusmas passed away last night in her sleep

To take away any worries the family may have about the funeral expenses there’s a GOFUNDME page here for anyone to donate to.

For those who don’t know the history, Gnusmas posted an innocuous query thread a year ago asking about lights to get out on his bike at night as that was the only time he could get out as he was the primary carer for his wife and looking after his kids. In fine STW style this led to Junkyard setting up a crowdfunding page to help their financial situation, a few of us donated bike parts and lights to get him back on the trails and even an electric scooter was donated to enable Mrs G to get back outside.

Gnusmas is a lovely bloke and would never ask for help, so let’s just give it to him anyway and hopefully if we blow through the cost of the funeral any remainder can be used for a holiday for the kids or any other expenses the family has.

Well done on getting it set up sharpish, good to see STW at its best again!

How old are his kids?

My wife wrote a book for children about parental bereavement that has been used by bereavement UK.

My wife is more than happy to post a copy to Mr G.
