SIMON – That New Fast Automatic daffodils that you posted, did you know that the base guitarist Justin Crawford comes from Bingley. He lived with his mum up Ferncliffe in one of those little cottages on the left. I haven’t seen him for many years, but we went to Beckfoot together. I saw a few bands with him, New Model Army, Sisters of Mercy, The Cult etc.

No, I didn’t know that. Great band New FADS, wish I’d seen them live.

Saw them twice, first time was probably the best gig I’ve ever seen.

Wonderstuff are one of my all time fav bands, so sad to think that two of the original lineup are now dead and the Poppies were when you look back well ahead of their time The Prodigy wonder where they got their ideas from?
