I’ve got a video clip i need to email / upload to youtube, but its HD and 900Mb at the moment, so i need some free software to allow me to shink it down a bit so i can upload to youtube withut waiting for hours!

I was going to use quicktime, but the windows version doesnt allow exporting clips unless you upgrade to the pro version.

Any reccomendations? I dont need to edit the video, just export it as a smaller file size.

You may need to re-encode the mov files to a format that youtube can read such as .flv file extension.
AppGeeker video converter is what I use.
Check the process > convert mov to flv
It’s a nifty app that converts almost any type of video files (mp4, avi, mov, flv, wmv, etc.) i throw at it.
